We've just published AI in Property: The UK Report 2026. It draws on external sources published in 2025 and 2026 to look at where AI is actually landing across UK property, and where the confidence to use it well hasn't caught up. The headline finding from the National Housing Federation's State of AI in Housing 2025 survey with Phoenix Software: nearly half of housing associations are already using AI day-to-day, yet 87% describe their own knowledge of it as low. Globally, 88% of landlords are piloting AI, but only 5% report achieving all of their objectives.
