LinkedIn AdNew Ad: AI-driven content scaling
When I’m wearing my content marketing hat, it’s actually an operational hat. Over the past year, there’s been a huge shift from focusing on creative briefing, content calendars, and project timelines. Now, it’s all of that, plus building at scale, both because of and with the help of AI. Expectations and appetite for content have only grown as people discover what's possible with AI. The questions we face are now: How do we best get one story in front of audiences across every channel, format, and at the same time? How do we make content that’s best both for people, and for AI retrieval? And without a system to absorb that pressure, the expanded work will just land on already lean teams. My team and I have built a system that works. We created a content engine in Asana that takes one strong idea through intake, story planning, parallel execution across formats, and distribution, and integrated AI throughout. Product, comms, digital, and engineering teams all contribute information for content assets, and AI handles the coordination that used to slow us down. We tripled output without adding operational strain. One idea is produces multiple assets: a full story across video, written content, and social. And, in a timeline that takes a fraction of the time that it used to. If your team is spending more time on coordination than creation, we have a post all about it - it’s worth a look: <https://lnkd.in/gihKykN9>
