Delta Service Location

Delta Service Location was sold to Volaris Group, a Canadian subsidiary of Constellation Software, in January 2021. CLAIRFIELD INTERNATIONAL advised the transaction, highlighting a strategic M&A move in software services; the sale followed Delta’s Rabatech acquisition in February 2021.
