LinkedIn AdNew Ad: scaling business with psychological insight
[#Ad](https://www.linkedin.com/feed/hashtag/ad) “Slow and steady wins the race” might be the most expensive advice in business. And I just watched a webinar that proves it. I've partnered with [Intuit](https://www.linkedin.com/company/intuit) to talk about Intuit Enterprise Suite. They hosted [Dr. Benjamin Hardy](https://www.linkedin.com/in/drbenjaminhardy), organizational psychologist and bestselling author of The Science of Scaling and Willpower Doesn't Work. Instinctively, we assume that our past creates our present, which leads to our future. But as Dr. Hardy points out, psychologically, it works the other way — your future organizes your present. Most leaders set goals by looking backward: 'We did five million last year… so let's go for six.' That's the past dictating your future. Before contemplating a baby step forward, consider a step change that may scare you today, but in the long run will help your business grow beyond even your wildest expectations. Set a 10x goal, and ninety-nine percent of your options disappear. What's left are the few moves with all the leverage. And that's been true in my own life. The biggest inflection points in my career were never the ones I slowly arrived at. They were the leaps that took courage and conviction. Incremental steps will get you there… eventually. But the clock is always ticking. If you’re a CEO, CFO, or a decision maker at a company doing $2.5M-$10M+ in annual revenue, watch the full replay — including a walkthrough of how Intuit Enterprise Suite and its AI capabilities can help you actually run this playbook. It comes down July 2nd, so make sure to watch it ASAP. Link here: <https://lnkd.in/g3hh8B8W>
