LinkedIn AdDeutschlandNeue Anzeige: Founder responsibilities in tech entrepreneurship
2 weeks into the [WOMEN IN TECH ® Global](https://fr.linkedin.com/company/womenintechorg) Entrepreneurship Camp...and it has already been so worth it 🤩 Here is what stuck with me 👇 Ala Presenti's session on Founder Responsibilities, sharing her experience as founder & CFO at [Investre](https://lu.linkedin.com/company/investre) and [Moniflo](https://www.linkedin.com/company/moniflo). What stuck: -You are going to be bad at things..because you will be doing things for the first time. (fact!) - Nobody builds everything alone. You need your team. - Fear will always be present, it will just change shape (yes, they come in the shape of regulations, too xD) [Farai Ntuli](https://za.linkedin.com/in/farai-mubaiwa)'s session on Problems Worth Solving, giving real insights from her experience at [Canva Africa](https://www.linkedin.com/company/canva-africa). What stuck: - A problem becomes commercially interesting when it is frequent, intense and costly enough for someone to act. - Apply your 5 Why's and get to the root cause [Tinatin Baghaturia](https://ge.linkedin.com/in/tinatin-baghaturia-867250103)'s session sharing how she handled growing the sales team for the [Wolt](https://fi.linkedin.com/company/wolt-oy) Georgia team during Covid times from scratch (still impressed!). What stuck: - Do not be afraid of rejections. - Calls are not enough. Go door to door and get your first partners. [Galyna Pustova 🇺🇦](https://ch.linkedin.com/in/galyna-pustova)'s session on Idea Generation and Evaluation, sharing her experience in e-commerce and with [Catomize](https://ch.linkedin.com/company/catomize). What stuck: - We research, gather data and validate, and yet we bring everything we have lived and learned into what we see. - A paying customer proves that someone is willing to pay to solve a problem. [Alejandra Leyva](https://uk.linkedin.com/in/alejandraleyvawit)'s session on Customer Discovery, sharing her experience as a serial entrepreneur. What stuck: - Fall in love with the problem, not the solution. - The milkshake study conducted by [McDonald's](https://www.linkedin.com/company/mcdonald's-corporation) and on how to ask the right questions [Benoit Michon](https://es.linkedin.com/in/michonbenoit)'s session, sharing how [Stark Future SL](https://es.linkedin.com/company/stark-future) went to a unicorn with electrical motorcycles 🏍️ (I still have soo many questions 😄). What stuck: - Content and community creation is key. €0 spent in paid ads. - Build a human relationship with your customers. Take their feedback and improve the product. - Get the right team who shares the same vision and understand the product. So many impressions... Questions.. Answers.. Ideas.. Doubts.. I am genuinely curious what will expect us for the next couple of sessions 💪 Stay tuned and follow me for more insights on the camp experience! PS: I still want to get that milkshake soon 🧋
